hyperactivechild
Couple of screen grabs showing the problem: http://clammy.org/_sites/clammy.org/wtf.html I wasn't messing with textures or body meshes, there's nothing in my skyrim data folder pertaining to the hands, at the moment, I thought would default back to vanilla hands, but seem not to have. Any ideas?
Korodic
looks like the normal map is showing. It's a texture issue. Probably a body mod installed incorrectly. Anyways, if you dont have a body mod, try installing one. XCE is a good one :]

XCE is a good one :]no he's not talking about body mods. it's normal, i've experienced it too and still looking for the answer, it wasnt there before until i completed that quest after talking to the augr of dunlain if ur worthy of the knowledge or not. after that i noticed something glowing while in first person view then changed to 3rd person then found out my hands had like blue fairy dust in it lol. anyway i think it has to do with that restoration quest. try speaking to colette after you become the arch-mage or so. there should be a line saying something like "is there something more to be learned about restoration spells?" NexusComa
Ok 1st off your hands are not glowing blue ... lol. This is what your body looks like without textures on it. Somehow you lost your hand textures. Take a look at your textures folder from males. See if you have added a new body/hand nif (from meshes) that needs hand textures.
