Point Lookout TACT error

So I've been ignoring this but I figure I should ask about it. When I load up Point Lookout in FO3Edit, this happens:

[00:18] Background Loader: Contained subrecords: EDID OBND FULL MODL SNAM VNAM

[00:23] Background Loader: [Zeta.esm] Building reference info.

Any ideas on what this is/how to fix?
