Harassing another user via pm committing vigilantism

 

Personal message reported 27 January 2019, 09:49 PM:

„There are more than 10 ways and hundreds of hosts for these type of file transfer thing so i hope it gets removed soon for wasting space, time and resources to those which really want to download a mod. This is an example to why humanity is so slow when is advancing technologically, because there are to many people such as yourself doing things like as this. What's next backup your savegames here because you will format and reinstall windows ?“

 

You might have meant well, but as long as you are not a member of the staff, you are not entitled on this site trying to enforce any rule published by the site owner on this site. Trying to take any matter into your own hands is frowned as vigilantism. The report buttons on mod pages and threads are there for a reason.

 

You additionally reported the mod in questions to the staff 27 January 2019, 09:29 PM.

That report actually was enough to let the staff know of a potential rule infringement and to let the staff do their job to evaluate the matter concerning the site rules.

If you believe anything might infringe the Nexus rules, please, use the report button or submit a report to the staff. Leave the job of evaluating any infringement of the Nexus rules to the staff instead of taking matters into your own hands.
