Character not dying, even after new game.

Hello,

 

I had just noticed not too long ago, but whenever my characters health is at 0, I can't die. Whenever an NPC performs a kill move on me, the animation plays, but I just get back up again. The command TGM & TIM are disabled, and my essential status is 0. It has been a long time because on SkyrimLE I am level 158, so it's hard to kill me. But I tested it out, and I get these results. It also does it on SkyrimSE, even with a new character. If anyone can help me figure this out, thanks. It's somewhat annoying and makes the game less challenging.
