As the title suggests, I cant start a new game with NVSE and Mod Organizer. I've reinstalled the game a few times, even deleted every trace of the game existing on my computer for a clean install. It runs fine without NVSE, and it runs fine running it manually with NVSE. However when I run NVSE with mod organizer. It loads up to the main menu but I am unable to start a new game. I searched all over for an answer but can't find anything. Any ideas?

Most probably you tried to install NVSE with MO. Most mod managers don't get it right. Please see the'Checklist Item #4' entry of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. Between it and the article it links to you should find the answers to most of your questions.

Actually I did install it manually. I'll check it out anyway. I might've done something wrong in the whole process. Haven't modded FNV in at least a year. Thank you.

I don't use MO myself, but as I recall from other threads: if you try to launch NVSE from it's own launcher you have to add it as a "binary". However, if you have applied the FNV4GB Patcher, it modifies the normal game FalloutNV.exe file to detect and automatically launch NVSE for you, so you shouldn't need to alter anything for MO (I believe).
