Horse combat camera problem

Hey. Just a quick problem with mounted combat camera. Did google search but nobody had that problem. So.
When I draw weapon, camera does not go up. It is centered on horse butt. While swinging sword is possible, archery is unplayable that way.
I don't have any camera mods, only some animation mods. I adjusted out of combat over the shoulder camera height
because I play altmer and it bugged me that it was low. However, removing that weak does not fix the problem
with horse combat camera.

Edit: Solved it.

It was caused by "bug fixes v2 beta".
If anyone is having this bug, go to skse\plugins and in BugFixPlugin.ini change FixHorseCameraINI=1 to FixHorseCameraINI=0
