NPC spawn without clothes/inventory + weird naming

Hi,

I have since last playthrough a problem, where I can't find the cause.

NPC's ( settler + random ) spawn without clothes/inventory, at first only females, then also males. Suddenly caravans walking nude around.
First I noticed it at Tenpines, where both settlers had no clothes, but only they had inventory ( no clothing, just weapons and random stuff )

Arriving settlers have also weird names, instead of "settler", they named as for e.g. church, screwdriver, bucket, also names from others npc's like preston, piper, dogmeat ( had a female settler with name dogmeat ).

Because of random ctd's I made a complete fresh install, said to not needed mods goodbye and decreased number of my plugins.

I updated ( already in last playthrough ) Amorkeywords, armorsmith extendet, Unofficial Fallout Patch, F4SE, etc. I replaced my own enemy spawn mod with SKK CombatStalkers, deleted my PLA forces mod ( my mods caused ctd's ).

Started with a complete fresh install, almost no remains from old game, except some retextures.

But the problem is still there.

I tried already to investigate via Fo4Edit, turning mods on/off, load order ( also with loot / load order guides ), searching via google. Maybe I'm to blind to find/see what it cause.

I assume it started with the last update of armorkeywords/armorsmith extendet.

Really need help, because it isn't funny anymore. Would be thankful for every help/suggestions.
