Freeze when paying crimegold or going to jail

Hey guys,

I have a big problem with city guards: all of them just don't want to let me go to jail. When I commit a crime and a guard sees me he talks to me like normal.

But if I select the "go to jail"- or the "pay crimegold"-option, the game freezes after the guards says something about the jail or that i had to pay my crimegold and give stolen things away.

I am playing as an argonian vampire and all saves except of the first one on the first day as a vampire do not work as they should.

With an other character everything works perfect, so mods shouldn't be the reason.

 

So if anyone has an idea please tell me. Thx in advice.
