There you can find the one that suits you best. I was so compulsive that I looked at screenshots for every single ENB and ReShade on the Nexus until I found the Phase(4) ReShade. I like that it can always be found as the one with zero endorsements due to some eccentricity of the mod author in not allowing endorsements. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18945 As far as configuring ReShades and ENBs, there are video tutorials on Youtube.
