CTD on entry into Primm

It doesn't matter how I try to get there. I initially tried to fast travel after completing "Booted" but while the loading screen was up and the loading roulette wheel was spinning the screen went black and the game stopped running. I was at the desktop and the game's process was gone. I tried a couple more times (I'd saved prior to fast travelling) and then I just went to Primm on foot. I came at Primm from behind, passing the Prospector's Den, and coming down the road that would've led me straight to the front of the Vicki and Vance casino, I crashed before I could get to the houses. Load order follows:

It's like always something with this freaking game. Previously I'd cleared all of I-15 to include the death claws and went further to kill off every. single. powder ganger. in NCRCF and the surrounding area. It was awesome. I used my sneak, donned powder ganger armor and crept through the penitentiary killing everyone but the sheriff of Primm. Then I came out, changed armor, and got shot at by every single person in the game. People from OTHER games started shooting at me. I went to the NCR outpost at the top of the I-15 and Samus and Mario came out of the outpost and started firing on me with rocket launchers out of Quake III Tournament. Game ruined.

 

I just reinstalled the game, too. And I'm not even running that many mods! /rant

Did you previously run certain mods and took them out? It could be that your save is corrupted from taking out mods that used to be there. Specifically mods dealing with Primm worldspace?
