Reason:

Upload of a mod containing files by another mod author ignoring the original mod author’s general prohibition from use and redistribution of any of their assets.

 

Uploader’s „Permissions and credits“:

„Modification permission

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it

 

Asset use permission

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

 

The uploader has not provided permission/sub licence from the original author that allows them to give further permission for use of the original author’s assets in the file.

 

The original author has not been credited.

 

You had been contacted on this matter by a member of the staff on 26 January 2019 via pm for providing proof of permission or at least to reply. You read the pm 28 January 2019, 10:16 PM. You chose to not reply at all, to not remove other authors' files and to miss the deadline 02 February 2019, I set in my pm. That was your choice.
