[LE] Plugin dependancy "dissappears after "re-launching" CK.

I have a problem with plugin files in my mod.

The master and plugin I mark when selecting active file work fine when I create mod (everything is present).

The problem starts afterwards. When I save my mod - and than return to it later (next day) - only the Master files are listed - and mod returns everything altered with PLUGIN mods to original state - all changes made by master files are present.

I tried approach with TES5Edit and added those plugins as masters. It resulted with plugins being visible on the list when I launched CK but than - when I closed CK (after saving) and opened it again later - any plugin dependancy was gone again.

It looks as if closing CK makes mod forget about plugin files.

Am I missing some steps? Or is it normal?
