dubiousintent
De-cyphering your original post, I take it you are unable to start a new game with "FNC", and are asking for someone's "starter" save game file because you believe you can somehow load a "save game" instead? I wouldn't expect that to work, as the "save game" file would have particular expectations as to it's "load order" which (given your problems getting the basic FNC to work) is unlikely to match yours. FNC is closest to TTW in concept. Meaning it's replacing the Mojave "worldspace" with another ("California" worldspace) and you have to have a basic, stable FNV setup first, and only then add in FNC. Once you have that stable in vanilla form should you then proceed to add (and test) mods one by one. Please see the 'Vanilla "Load Order"' entry in the 'First Timer Advice' section; and the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. Only once you can get FNV "vanilla" with the "Essentials" and "stability" mods listed in that article working should you then try to add FNC after carefully checking over their "FAQ" and "Conflicts" pages. -Dubious-
