configurable survival difficulty

I can't afford the RE2 remake, and would love for Fallout 4 to feel more like a survival game. I'd like to see it be a modular thing, where you could choose what features you wanted, like lower ammo spawns and slower healing. I'd also like a more simplified or a changed needs system, more in line with Fallout NV Hardcore mode or the Realistic Needs and Diseases mod for skyrim. That kind of stuff. I want to feel like I need to make every bullet count. I'd also like to see a mod which changes the body part damage modifiers to be identical to the Realistic Weapon Damages mod for NV. All in the effort of creating a more brutal Commonwealth without it being ridiculous.
