KrimsonAce Posted July 24, 2012 Share Posted July 24, 2012 Hey all, I've been encountering a few bugs, and I was hoping to get some help with them. Here are the ones I've encountered so far: 1) MAIN problem: Certain menus are transparent. The menu accessed by tab has mostly-transparent arrows and almost fully transparent words, as I can't read them. Inventory (from loot) seems to be transparent as well, including dialog trees. Main menu (by hitting ESC) appears just fine. Transparent menus still have click-able stuff, I just can't see what the hell I'm clicking. Character creation is also transparent, though intractable. 2) Occasional big black squares appear on the screen. Don't know what those are. 3) Blood textures (from Crimson Tide) are horrendously low quality. I'm sure some other textures are piss-poor as well, but this is the only one I've seen within a couple minutes of gameplay. I've followed S.T.E.P. to the best of my knowledge, edited the .ini files as best I could, and updated all my drivers, and still these problems persist. I don't know if it's an ATI problem (this didn't happen before fresh install) or what, but yeah. I've also verified cache and all that jazz. If it helps, I also play League of Legends and have been noticing a motion-shadow bug type thing, where if a character (champion or minion) moves, they leave behind strange black vapor trails that are essentially silhouettes of themselves. Occasionally, a square box is seen around champions. This points to a video card problem, but I really don't know what to fix. I have a Radeon HD 4800 series graphics card and plenty of RAM.
