AzyTheGreat
I wanted to build some custom object for my mod. This Japanese scroll is one of them. What I need is some segment of this Component_Rubber.nif to be removed.I couldn't find a way to do it on Nifskope, so I exported the .obj, and somehow manages to modify the mesh on Blender.Once done, back on Nifskope, the Import option is grey-out.Some source says I have to right click on the mesh to import, but there's no such option. How do I do this? Help.
Deleted1205226User
The Obj Import function is not working in V2 (and was super buggy in the previous ones).
AzyTheGreat
The Obj Import function is not working in V2 (and was super buggy in the previous ones). Thanks for the reply. By any chance, do you know of any method that I can adjust the mesh? I have 3D MAX 2018, and willing to just do it from scratch, but I can't find a tutorial that also shows how to convert to .nif format.
deadbeeftffn
You can use BodySlide to convert an .obj to a Nif. After this, you should clean up the Nif in NifSkope.

Deleted49413338User
Look at a nif file that is a static object about the same size as the one you wanna make. After exporting your obj as a nif file from Outfitstudio, open it and select the BsSubtrishape. You should see sub records under the Trishape. You need to delete the once called Skin Instance. Right click it and choose Block> Remove Branch. Once you done that you should be able to Select the trishape and copy Branch, then paste that into The nif that has the similar static item. Finally Remove branch of the original static mesh. https://imgur.com/9WcDOxP

RoNin1971
how i make a BSTriShape a NiTriShape ? my nifskope dont have this option...Why? A BSTriShape is the correct one for fo4. (although a NiTriShape will work)
