Skyrim freezes when i go inside Whiterun Jail or Guard Barraks

[Crimson952]

I recently modded my Skyrim and now my game freezes when in try to enter Whiterun Jail or the Whiterun Gaurd Barraks behind Bannered Mare. I hear the sound from Crash fixes but the message box doesn't show up and I can't close the game. Here's my load order:

I've been trying to turn off certain mods and test the game again but I can't seem to find the mod(s) responsible for the freezing. Any and all help would be appreciated.
