SSE Change gender Mod request

I know that showracemenu command exists, but it might cause some bugs with vampirism and such, thus I hope for a mod that can let you safely change your gender, with maybe the option of an NPC to do it? maybe through a special spell that a mage researched in the college of winterhold and only he can do it, for a fee of course (should be expensive, maybe 5k septims, maybe more?) and maybe add a new option of futa (for adult mods) with the options to be acknowledged as male or female by other NPC's.

 

here is some background talk I thought about that could be added to the NPC (just some thoughts I had about the NPC, doesn't need to be added if the modder have different thoughts about how it should be), you walk into the library and find a beautiful female mage, when you speak to her through some speech check (level 50 plus?) you find out she was a male before that didn't like to be a male, but with the spell she researched for about 20~ish years she was able to change herself to how she always thought herself to be. and she thought that she should publicize herself so that every being in Skyrim will be able to change themselves if they feel that they are not what they should be, for a fee of course, and we could be her first client.

So in papyrus and skse papyrus commands there's no command for a setgender. There's a round about way to get the gender of an actor from the actorbase script, but sadly to my knowledge there's no set gender. It perhaps could be added to some at a later date though.

 

I was really hoping to remake the cursed girdle of masculinity/femininity from baldur's gate, but no dice.
