SSE Won't start with Script Extender

Hi all,

 

I'm having this weird problem with my current setup for skyrim. You see, I try starting it with SKSE64 version 2.0.12 and it just crashes upon startup. When I try starting it just with the launcher, it works, but all the mods that need SKSE don't work. I tried cleaning it up with SSEEdit but it didn't work. I tried sorting the load order with LOOT but that didn't work, either.

You haven't changed any mods recently? Me and my best friend are also experiencing this issue, and believe it's related to the little update every game got on steam. I for one haven't downloaded anything really new that uses SKSE64, and he hasn't changed his mod setup since 2017, and his was working fine 3 months ago.

 

Does anybody have any ideas? This needs much higher visibility.

I've discovered the fix. Simply Knock is crashing the game whenever it tries to plug in. This fixed my issue, and I see you have it in your load order as well. Velgath made a "patched version" (it's not technically, just a few minor tweaks).
