Looking for talented texture/model makers.

I'm looking for anyone experienced and/or talented with photoshop and modeling (meshes and the like) to help me out. I am by no means either of these, so if anyone is willing to help, I'd be very grateful and depending on the outcome, I'll try and find a way to compensate you.

 

Anyways, here is what I'm trying to do:

 

Vampire Woman

 

Basically what I'm asking for is the face (without the blood) and hair. I've been looking for a different angle of the tattoo that's on the side of the face, but I believe this is the only picture and the only one I have to work with. If you zoom in close, you can pretty much spot the rest of the details. As far as the eyes and eyelashes go, I pretty much have those covered...I just need everything else.

 

I've been trying forever to create a character I'm happy with, and I believe I've finally found it. However, it's not something I can do by myself :confused:
