Uninstallation Problems

I am having problems uninstalling a mod. I made the uninstaller at the chem bench as per instructions but the game doesn't seem to respond to the uninstaller. I don't want to just disable/delete/uninstall the mod without using the proper uninstaller for fear of wrecking my menus. Is there a workaround for this problem? Does anyone know of a fix for this situation? Thanks.

Hm... Why do you think the game hasn't done anything.

Some people forget about making a message that tells you it uninstalled the mod.

 

You can always just uninstall the mod. Then reload the last save and check your menues. If everything is ok, go ahead. If not, close the game and re-install the mod. This will bring back your menu.

You should then ask the mod author why that isn't working.

 

BTW. Which mod are we talking about?

I got the problem worked out. I didn't think things were working because like you said there wasn't a message, and the uninstall didn't seem to be getting used up. I hadn't considered it a possibility that a message wasn't included. I ended up spamming the uninstall item in my aid inventory. Once I saw a pill icon and the uninstall disappeared from my inventory I figured I was safe. Thanks for your input.
