Panzervuagon
Edit: Neuromancy* I feel like out of all the schools of magic, Illusion is the least exploited for its possibilities. All the spells are pretty much just change the targeted npc's behavioral "mode". They just switch them between aggressive, flight, "I can't see you", etc. This mod would allow you to go more in depth in the level of control over an npc (and vice versa) illusion spells can have, making the category more fun. Some example spells are making a target interact with another specific target. Like you can get one person to go over and start a conversation with another person, thus distracting them when you're sneaking by. You can even set demeanor for that conversation, making the target npc angry at the second person and they start yelling at each other. Or a higher level spell could be to make that npc attack that particular person. There can be an "exhaustion" spell that makes an npc tired and seek out a bed to sleep in. You get the idea, most of these would be spells of subtlety. The "big" spell at the end of this line would be direct control. You cast it one someone and you both are transported into his mind (this scenario may have to have its own cell). You have a battle of wills, meaning a fight between the physical representation of each other's minds. And if you win, for a short time, you play from the perspective of the dominated npc. All crimes you commit as him count as his crimes, not yours, along with any other action you make as him. I don't know how hard this would be to make, though I can imagine that last spell would pretty difficult. If it's feasible maybe there can be more than one cell you are randomly brought to, representing different types of minds to be defeated. For example, one would be a circular arena floating in a void, while another might be a maze in which you fight, etc. Let me know what you think of this idea. tg08096
Well I think that there are some great ideas here. I don't know about the interaction one, the higher level version sounds a lot like frenzy. The exhaustion spell jumped out at me. You could make a spell with a script attached that would place a package in the npcs AI telling him to sleep 24 hours a day, taking priority over anything else he might do and causing him to search for a bed. The "big" one I'm sure is possible, because this mod already has a similar "transport" function and this mod already has a "posession" spell, so if the functionality of the two were to be combined, I'm sure it could be done. The only doubt is how often do you really want to be transported out of your current location to engage in a "battle of wills." Maybe if lower level enemies were instantly dominated while strong opponents required the transport to the mind thing, it wouldn't be a problem. Great immersion RP value for a vampire character It's always nice to hear an original idea
