Blood+ Quest Mod: The Two Queens

I have an idea for a quest mod based on the anime series Blood+. The idea puts it as a story-driven companion mod where Saya Otonashi is your companion. After you are given your mission to go to Kvatch and find the heir, a strange man named Haji approaches you and gives you a note and a sword. The note instructs you, while in Kvatch, to find a girl named Saya and deliver her to Weynon Priory. After getting her there you find that beings of a rare breed of vampire, called Chiropterans, have been sighted across Cyrodiil and that Saya is the only one who can destroy them. While you and Saya travel across Cyrodiil fighting the Chiropteran threat, you discover a conspiracy within the Empire to try to use Chiropterans as war machines. This conspiracy also involves Saya's evil twin sister, Diva, meaning that a battle that has gone on for at least two hundred years is about to begin again. I would need serious help with this because all I can really do is concept, writing a script for voice acting, sound, and music. Let me know if anyone would be willing to do this. I would be so honored if I could get Simyaz, the god of companion mods, to do this.
