Recommendations on Graphics Mods

For while, I was playing Fallout 4 with a GTX 950 with 2GB memory. Fallout 4 would play just fine, but I couldn't handle a lot of large texture files. A few months ago, I upgraded to a new gaming rig and gave my old one to my brother. Now, I'm using an i7-8700 (3.20GHz 6 Cores) 2x 8GB Memory, and an RTX 2070 with 8GB memory. So, I'm able to use more graphics mods to make Fallout 4 look even better. So, my question is if anyone has any recommendations for mods that will make the Commonwealth look even better? I'm not talking about turning the commonwealth into a rain forest or anything like that.

 

I'm also not too familiar with ENBs. I know they effect lighting in the game. I remember hearing that this caused problems with the night-eye effect in Skyrim at times.

 

I've also seen a few mods that gives the world some green grass, which is nice. I even saw a mod that effected the LOD grass, so you don't see brown hills in the distance that turn green when you get close. My problem is that it tends to look artificially green. Like someone put down tons of green AstroTurf on the hillside.

 

I'm interested to hear some suggestions and insight from more experienced users.
