megachef
Hey everyone, I just got Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition for PC a few days ago from Steam. When I went to Primm I noticed that there were only 2 convicts in the city, I've played the console version of the game and I know that there are six or so enemies in the city. The same thing happened when I went to the Repconn rocket site. There were only a few feral ghouls outside the main building. I thought it was the mods I installed so I uninstalled the mods and the game, re-installed the game, and nothing had changed. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem like this or is there a patch or mod to fix it. I'm thinking it might be one of the DLC causing this but I'm not sure. I haven't finished the game so I want the full experience and this glitch is annoying me. If this has been posted in the forums before just post a link to it since I'm new here :)
Cynthetic
hey is not a glitch, the missing npc´s have paths and go sleeping sometimes or are simple elsewhere. go in another daytime to the locations and u will see. i believe...
luthienanarion
Actually, the number of NPCs in some locations (including Primm) was reduced in one of the game patches for balance and performance reasons.

Cyberlazy
It was removed because the console versions where running out of memory with the added DLC. They where fine on the PC version but bethsoft was to lazy to make two versions of the patch.there are mods to put them back, although I forget what ones do exactly...
