CTDs with no Error Message

a lot of people say its the Mods, so here is my load order.

For some reason, it always crashes when an Actor shouts. Like the Draugr Lords.

 

Currently i am in the place where you go with the legion to get the jagged crown and the Draugr lord keeps shouting and crashing. It's almost as if the Game is forcing a quit. If you need other info, please request it.

Also it says this in the INI file

At quick glance, the only thing that might cause this is the thuumfollowers.esp may be conflicting in some way, if it's not a load order problem or something else.
