Everything works fine til I go into Combat mode, my Character just turns into a T and I've got no clue how to fix it since deleting the Animation Mods doesn't do anything.

It doesn't fix those Animation problems even if I delete the Animation mods and run FNIS, they are still there and I don't have a Animation Folder which I can delete, I already looked up and tried this option.

What does your problem have to do with FNIS? T-pose is an "engine issue", not an "FNIS issue". And you haven't given any indication why it is FNIS. And just because "you have looked" isn't a prove either.

 

More likely is that one of your OTHER animation mods (for combat) is a Skyrim LE mod.
