Hedgecock
Are there any others that are upset by the lack of a feature to abandon quests in Skyrim? I know some can just say, "Ignore it, I have like 100+ misc. quests and it doesn't bother me." Maybe I'm just O.C.D. or something, but these walls of text on my quests tab are getting on my nerves. There are misc. quests that I actually want to do, and others that I want to put off, accidentally accepted, or just don't want to do anymore. Many of you may know this, but there are, like, crap-loads of misc. quests that you can take, and some don't even ask you to accept them or not! (i.e. reading a book that starts a quest.) Anyway, my idea is to simply have a hotkey to delete a quest from your quest log, just like deleting save files. (X = delete) Maybe a little, "Are you sure you want to abandon this quest? -Yes -No" prompt after pressing X. I don't know if this is possible or not, but resetting the quest to be able to be accepted again would be very important. I've seen the quest deleting program for windows, but I don't want to exit the game every time I want to drap a quest. Please post if you have information on the mod-ability of this concept.
