CobbleSansPyro
I have had this issue for the second time now. I don't remember how I fixed it last time but anyway. the issues is that when I load in, everything that is modded is gone(items and character customizations) and most of my quests got reset. more details: my character has no eyes(they where modded eyes), no hair(same here) and your standard body(I had customized the shapes but they got reset). I nearly all my items are gone accept a few that remain for some odd reason. also I have a vanilla lazer rifle with a modded stock modification but the stock is now gone. I have mods that give pop-up messages that you need to click things but those reappear while I have already clicked them before and a lot of quests got reset. I have found a "fix". same thing I used the first time but I don't want to keep doing this. what kinda fixed the issue is loading a file from a while back. but you can will in the blanks on the reason why I don't want to do this every time. this is also a strange thing. I disabled some mods to see if I could fix the problem but before I loaded the save with the issues I didn't get a message saying mods where missing but when I loaded an older save it did say it. I hate this issue and I cant for the life of me figure out what the f*** i'm supposed to do. pls help before I jump out my f***ing window cuz im getting sick of this god damn issue Edited February 11, 2019 by CobbleSansPyro
MarkusTay
When I had this problem, I had to reinstall everything. It SUCKED. Big time. The best I was able to figure, somehow my mods got reordered and the ID's changed, and the game couldn't figure it out. Normally you can add or subtract mods and the IDs change dynamically, and the game (MO) keeps chugging along. but for whatever reason, when this bug pops up, the game just can't see the mods anymore. It has to reload them each time (and I am 90% certain it has to do with Bethesda updates - they just had another within the last few days... CC content like usual). This makes sense in that those Bethesda game files (esm's and CC content) are the only ones that the MO can't change dynamically, so when they change on Beth's end, our saves get screwed in the process.
