What a FAIL for Beth. But one of the problems from a console port =.= PCs are a different beast, they need their own engine and own interface. No mod out yet that does this...they just move icons around, mostly mashing them all to center bottom =.= and ONLY with the main combat HUD or Favorites menu and nothing in the inventory or the like.
