Strongreaction
I have the toolset installed and I am creating a morph for my current character, but all I really want to do is tweak him. It seems like a lot of trouble to create an entirely new morph when/if you can just tweak the existing one. Is there a way to do that? theskymoves
It depends on what kind of tweaks are being made, and what files you have for the morph. If the available files are either an MOP (preset) or MOR (morph), then small edits can be made (tint colours, changing the hairstyle, etc.) by editing the applicable data fields. That can be done in the toolset, though it can also be done with a GFF editor. A preset can also be loaded into the in-game CC, modified, saved to a new character, extracted from the new save, and THEN imported into an existing character's save, replacing the original morph. To make substantive edits in the toolset morph creator, such as facial structure changes, an MRH (Head Morph source file) is required.
Thandal
@Strongreaction; I use the "DA FaceReplacer" mod when I want to change the look of an existing PC. This utility does some of the heavy lifting needed for the second of the approaches @tsm described above. I've also done the first one: editing a .mor file directly when I just wanted to change the hair colour. Both are a bit tedious, but still easier for me than working in the toolset. I've done that too, but it took me way too long and the results weren't worth it!

It looks similar, but its just off. Ill look into that as well as a GFF editor
