NPCs cannot move in Vault 88

Discovered a very strange issue in Vault 88.

I guess something happened with pathfinding of NPCs - only(!) in vault they cannot walk over placed structures.

For example, if i place atrium floor, and place NPC there (settler or follower, same stuff) they cannot move from it. If i give a direct command to walk somewhere, they just say "I cannot reach it", however if it happenes on a bare ground, everything works perfectly.

 

I have no idea what could case this, but it is defenetely one of the mods, as on previous playthrough (when I used quite different mod list) about a year ago it was okay.

However I have no mods that directly modify Vault 88, only general ones, like "place everywhere".
