LE No more Slaughterfish

So, I have some sort of phobia of carnivorous fish, and because of this playing Skyrim is quite the trial. In past games, I could just avoid the water quite happily, however in Skyrim the fish have invaded the common house, taking the form of those plaques (which are in like... 70% of all houses), this means I have to play the game avoiding looking in certain directions which is a real pain.

 

Anyway, the mod I'm asking for would be relatively simple - just to remove all the slaughterfish plaques in their various forms from the game, or otherwise to replace them with some sort of non-fishy alternative. Non compulsory, but a welcome addition would be the removal of slaughterfish from the game altogether.

 

I can't imagine this would take much effort for someone who knows what they're doing, and it would be really appreciated.

Well, I downloaded the first mod, and I have no complaints with it per se, as it does everything it advertises... however, the problem of the slaughterfish plaques continue, so to any kind modders out there - my original request remains, and I would be very thankful to anyone helping me with this. :)
