Skyrim SE keeps crashing randomly

I've started a new modded playthrough and I did my best to check for incompatibilities and load order, but it's been tough since I am very new to Modding. But from Starting with Alternate Start, I keep CTD'ing and random times, I've been tracking it for a couple of hours now and there doesn't seem to be a ''trigger'' sometimes it'll crash in the loading screen, sometimes while roaming etc.

What I've done so far:

Checked for Driver updates

Updated all mods

GameMode=SkyrimSE

This is my current load order, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, i can't seem to DL Joy of Perpective Version 2.0.2c, when I DL said Version from the NExus, it shows up in NMM as 2.0.0 and I don't know how to fix that either.
