A problem with distant terrain detail and culling, it's hard to explain.

So with my ENB (re-engaged with vivid weathers) I'm having some trouble with how it behaves with things like mountain fog and distant shadows and other things like that. The culling seems too aggressive if that makes sense? Like, I can see the shadows and fog get filled in at the edges of the screen rather than completely off screen. So, imagine at the corner of your vision a shadow wasn't there, then when you turned a bit then it got filled in. I tried disabling my ENB and the problem went away, so it's the ENB that's the issue. I thought the FOV might be screwing with things, which it's not. Maybe there's some ENB settings somewhere?

 

I've tried looking online but it's a bit hard to word this and get the results you want.
