leonbrass
I'm not sure where to put this, but I have a major problem that started this morning... Nexus Mod Manager said I was missing my Skyrim.ini file and to start the game to get it created. I did that, then quit and restarted NMM and NMM was happy, but now my game does not recognize any of my installed ESP files. I installed the new NMM patch after this, but still have this problem... I put check marks by them in NMM, but the game menu has the Data Files option greyed out. There is no extended character creator or anything. When I go back to NMM and look at my installed mods - all the check marks are gone! I tried going online thru the Steam launcher (I usually start the game with skse) thinking I needed to run that way for the game to recognize what I had loaded, but no luck. Anyone know what to do? I also completely uninstalled and reinstalled all of my mods thru NMM.... no luck, game did not recognize any mods... SOLUTION:You need to add ... line in SkyrimPrefs.ini located in My document/MyGames/Skyrim . Look for the line:[Launcher]bShowAllResolutions=0uLastAspectRatio=2 And add it like this:[Launcher]bShowAllResolutions=0uLastAspectRatio=2bEnableFileSelection=1 Answer buried under multiple pages... sorry for taking up space here.
