It used to be on http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13503 but seems to have disappeared! I can't find where it is now. Is it still on Nexus? Absorbed into another mod? Did somebody piss off the author? Here is one: SSS Leveling Up Lethargically. Wow! All the other mod did was speed up levelling or slow it down by simply multiplying that stat. The LUL mod you mention, on the other hand, is a well-thought out many-faceted approach to making the game more realistic, less predictable and more fun. Thanks for the URL.
