dopalacz
I’m the creator of the Silver Piece of Art - Silver Knight Armor modification for Skyrim. This modification has high resolution textures (4K). The patterns visible on the armor were hand drawn. Now I decided to create a similar modification for KCD. The work is going slowly, because I have to create almost all the elements from scratch. I can not do a copy paste. I had to learn to replace textures in KCD. There were a few issues with the correct display of textures. I waited one year to motivate my self to start this project at all. Of course, some free time at the beginning of the year also affected. Orthog
Nice creation so far. I also figured out how to rextexture certain things and in the moment I want to try to model some things with blender and put it in the game. I don't know if you have any knowledge about Crytek, but I'm also trying to put in some areas of the map e.g. add more trees and so on. But it's really hard and an try and error process. If you're interested you can also look at my thread about Modding in 2019. It would be awsome if you could share your knowledge. Belmakor83
Dude, I love your armor in Skyrim and this looks wonderful ! Really nice to see some made from scratch textures in KCD too. Hope my computer will be able to process it !
dopalacz
Helo It takes far too much time to make this helmet. I lost too much time on chainmail because texture weird stretching on helmet mesh. Chainmail don't fit in 100% but I must go forward. Now I must make damage textures. CharkyF84u
Don't stop the great work on this one, dude ! Frankly, I can't remember an armor coming close to this one, not in TES, not in Witcher, not in Assassin's Creed. it's not just the textures, but the whole composition of parts, size and details, even the requirements for the conceptual functionality of this armor are correct. People will love it, it's gorgeous !Edit: I think I understand the problem with the helmet. Usually, the helmet is the last piece of armor the knight is putting on. Here eventually, the helmet mail covers the upper part of the cuirass and the carapace - this armor requires the cuirass and the carapace last tightened in order to fully visualize the textures of the leather straps, cuirass, and carapace. I'm afraid, Henry's "dress up" scripts woun't be easy. Edited September 25, 2019 by CharkyF84u
