Is there any way to use multiple mods that edit base_scripts.dzip?

Wow this forum is pretty dead, but maybe there will be someone on here. I just started TW2 for the first time and I'm about 10 hours in. I went onto the Nexus to DL the mod that disables effects on Dark weapons, and holy crap, it feels like every mod on the Nexus edits the base_scripts file. I got around it for a bit by picking and choosing, but this is starting to get ridiculous. Is there any utility out there that lets me use this mod and this mod together, just for example? I'd go in and edit the file myself, but it's one of those files where you get a bunch of weird black blocky characters in-between actual words, so I don't know how to do that.

As far as I know the only way to have them work together is to go in and edit them yourself. There are a few compilations up that some people have patched together already. It's been a little while since I've done it but I believe you have to extract the base_scripts with the gibbed red tools and then you can go in and edit the contents with notepad ++ or something. Like if you want to have mutiple talents per level and the no cooldown for the medallion work together you'd have to find out what lines those mods changed and go in and edit them yourself and then pack them back up and then they'd work together. What edits we're you wanting to combine? For my personal play through I have FCR2 no dark weapon effects, dark mode gear at any difficulty, and I edited the starting gear that I you get.(FCR2 has no CD medallion and all training skills learned included in case you didn't know).
