Graphical error with sunken eyes and Better Vampire's being broken without indentifiable conflict?

So I got a rather strong computer that can handle a lot of games so I decided to mod both Skyrim and SSE. I modded them around the same; one being NSFW oriented while the other being the opposite with more of a EnaiSon overhaul focus since I'm usually torn between using his vampire overhaul or BE. Having two games I naturally split the choices. The game runs and plays fine though I came across two cruical errors of a totally seperate instance.

 

For Skyrim Special Edition, I ran into a graphical error where my eyes, no matter what patch I put on it; would be sunken and missing on any humanoid character that was NOT a beast race. It looks like so: http://i68.tinypic.com/e9b6za.jpg

 

That's it for SEE. No matter what I stuck in to fix these eyes they just won't budge. So I'm entirely at a loss of what to do with it. I attached the load order for reference in case I screwed up majorly somewhere and missed it.

 

Now onward to Oldrim; it suffers no eye errors or anything that insane but the Better Vampires 8.2 mod seems to not be functioning correctly. (Ect. Not counting how many people I bitten or giving me my drainining spell and even registering my vampire stages if I do in fact do feed.) Everything else in that horribly depraved and evil setup works without question; again I'm not wise enough to find the conflict or issue.

 

On an obvious note I do have all the DLCs. (Who doesn't?)

 

I'm using the last version of NMM because I'm stubborn and refuse to change to what I hardwired myself to learn to use for they years I've played this game.

 

I'm quite certain the game version itself is the latest possible; since I freshly installed them two days ago.

 

I'm using the latest SKSE and SSE64 for the respective games.

 

I use LOOT and have nothing but the typical false-positive warnings of 'clean this up it's dirty' edits.

Slight update, I managed to tear open a batch file and cleanly install BV. It’s working now and all that’s left is fixing the graphical error on my SSE.
