Zelsaard
First off, I want to apologize for having to re-post this topic, but it seems the previous solution I thought had succeeded did not work and I could not locate the original topic for whatever reason. So, to start from the beginning, I have downloaded Weapon Mods Expanded (WMX) and all of the compatibility patches associated with it on the nexus page. After discovering it did not work properly I posted a topic here on the forum stating such and was instructed to download and run Modfusion to check for any missing master files; I did so and Modfusion found no issues so I figured the problem had been solved (had no time to test as I was during finals of summer semester). Now that I am finished with my finals I go to play the game and it fails, so I decided to wipe the game off of my system (minus my saves, of course) and do a fresh install from steam and re-install all of my mods. The game runs fine with all of my other mods activated, but when I try to activate any component of WMX the game will crash to desktop on start-up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
ThaHouseKid
can you post your load order?? it would be easier to spot any problems  cheers
Zelsaard
Thanks for the speedy reply, but it seems I found a way to fix the start-up crash; however, it does seem the mod is causing more frequent crashing in-game, if you have any advice for that let me know. As for load order, I've attached a .png of my fallout mod manager load order to the post. Thanks again.
ThaHouseKid
1st of all, put your DLC .esps like this (just to tidy things up a bit  ):[X] FalloutNV.esm[X] DeadMoney.esm[X] HonestHearts.esm[X] OldWorldBlues.esm[X] LonesomeRoad.esm[X] GunRunnersArsenal.esm[X] ClassicPack.esm[X] TribalPack.esm[X] CaravanPack.esm[X] MercenaryPack.esm also, since you have all DLC, you should grab the WMX Patches and put them like this:[X] WeaponModsExpanded.esp[X] WMX-DeadMoney.esp[X] WMX-HonestHearts.esp[X] WMX-OldWorldBlues.esp[X] WMX-LonesomeRoad.esp[X] WMX-GunRunnersArsenal.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackClassic.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackTribal.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackCaravan.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackMercenary.esp and your using EVE aswell so get the WMX Patch for it aswell: [X] EVE FNV.esp[X] EVE FNV-[GRA Patch for EVE 1.3].esp (you should get this one from the EVE's modpage)[X] WMX-EVE.esp also if you are using Millenia's Weapon Retexture Project you should get the WMX Patch 2: [X] WMX-ArenovalisTextures.esp So basically your load order should look like this: [X] FalloutNV.esm[X] DeadMoney.esm[X] HonestHearts.esm[X] OldWorldBlues.esm[X] LonesomeRoad.esm[X] GunRunnersArsenal.esm[X] ClassicPack.esm[X] TribalPack.esm[X] CaravanPack.esm[X] MercenaryPack.esm____other plug-ins____[X] WeaponModsExpanded.esp[X] WMX-DeadMoney.esp[X] WMX-HonestHearts.esp[X] WMX-OldWorldBlues.esp[X] WMX-LonesomeRoad.esp[X] WMX-GunRunnersArsenal.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackClassic.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackTribal.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackCaravan.esp[X] WMX-PreOrderPackMercenary.esp[X] WMX-ArenovalisTextures.esp[X] EVE FNV.esp[X] EVE FNV-[GRA Patch for EVE 1.3].esp (you should get this one from the EVE's modpage)[X] WMX-EVE.esp I can only help you with these plug-ins 'cause I dont use those other mods (except for CNR and NCR Redesigned), use FNVEdit to filter for conflicts and to create a merged patch  hope this helps cheers Edited July 28, 2012 by ThaHouseKid
Zelsaard
I have all of the WMX compatibility patches loaded and installed, but I do not have them checked as doing so is what causes a crash on start-up; however, WMX seems to function appropriately without the individual patches checked. I will reorganize my load order for efficiency's sake, but if there's nothing in the load order that could cause increased crashing I suppose I'll need to look elsewhere for a solution. Thanks again. Edit: Created a merged patch with FNVEdit, that solved the crash issues with the compatibility patches and seems to have reduced crashing. Thanks for the info.
