Vortex doesn't start

Just installed the latest version of Vortex on Windows 10 (Build: 1703) and it doesn't start.

I know that c0000005 Seems to be a memory-issue, but i already checked my memory, and there's no ram-issue. I also tried to check my file-system and my drive, and everything's ok with it too.

I also tried it to start with admin-mode, tried reinstalling it (around 10 times) and much more and it simply doesn't start. Used both installer, also tried the previous build and so on.

I know that i had Vortex on my PC a few months ago before i reinstalled windows and it worked there. But since the update from 1703 to 1709 it doesn't work anymore.

Any idea what i still can do: right now i installed NMM because this at least works, but Vortex is totally broken on my pc, no idea what i could do except deleting everything and reinstalling everything (and sorry, but that's a bit too much just for Vortex)
