Skyrim crashing after about 60 seconds in game

Title says it all. I can play the game with the official High Res packs at a solid 60 FPS, except in certain areas when I turn around.

I was playing one night ago and it was fine, no all of a sudden it started. I checked my save files, and they go from about 5000 kb to 49000 kb.

Specs: i5 2500K

560 Ti 1Gb Zotac

4Gb Corsair RAM

 

My drivers are completely up-to-date. It should be noted that before when I was using the factory drivers the highest frame drop I had was 5 FPS, leading to between 55 and 60 FPS.

Also, every time just before the crash the game freezes.
