Hi!

You need to go into steam/settings/downloads and cloud/ and make sure the box is NOT selected on option "enable steam cloud synchronization for games which support it." THEN open up Skyrim. You will see the little box that says Play, Options, Data Files etc. Select "DATA FILES" option. Now depending on how many mods you have subscribed to, this might take a while. You need to select each one with the "delete selected" option and delete them all. The mods you downloaded with the Nexus Mod Manager i would delete on that program FIRST then if there is any trace of a mod in the "DATA FILES" option in the Skyrim launch box delete it there as well.

I would also go into your Documents/My Games/Skyrim and delete your saves (i take it you won't care since you want to start a fresh vanilla game) and also delete the txt file and two ini files. I would then go back to STEAM and select "View Games Library" Option...right click on The Elder Scrolls Skyrim game....select "Properties/Local Files and then select "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". It might take a while....then select "Defragment Cache Files". After doing all this i would restart your computer to be on the safe side..then go into steam, select Elder Scrolls Skyrim....and click on data files..if there are any mods still on there delete them now...then hit PLAY...your game should be Vanilla now..

I hope this is easy to understand and i wish you the best!
