Sneak Critical Multiplier Archery Mods Don't Work

Exactly as it says. Tried a couple. Zalzama's worked the last time I played the game (3-4 months ago). Even tried stuff off the steam workshop but to no avail.

 

I've done the basics;

Ran boss,

Only ran this mod,

etc.

 

And it seems to be a widespread problem.
