Game losing Ilerith

Hi, everyone. I'm running into some trouble on Skyrim's Main Quest and I honestly have looked up almost everything I could possibly do and it hasn't seemed to be working. I never really use forums like this so I apologize if there's anything wrong with the submission.

So recently, I've been having this glitch on the game where I can't get the Dragon Rising quest to start or function properly. I've tried several approaches to solve the problem, including making a whole new save for it, whilst shutting down Live Another Life (I thought it could be something with the way the mod interacts with the main quest), and did a somewhat sistematic analysis of the issue. What I know about it so far:

-Ilerith vanishes from the game precisely on the point where I get the objective to retrieve the Dragonstone from Bleak Falls Barrow. I discovered this by patiently waiting for her to return to Dragonsreach after alarming the guards, and ESCing out of Farengar midway through his sentence with Ilerith nearby. She was just walking along and as soon as I get the quest objective, poof. Gone. Can't even summon her with the console.

-Force-starting the quest and setting the stage to any point of it won't work in any way. If skipped to the point where I need to meet with Ilerith at the tower, she will materialize there but not have any interaction prompts. If skipped to the part where I'm supposed to slay the dragon, the dragon won't be there. There will be a quest marker for its location above Bleak Falls Barrow, but no dragon at the marker's spot. Force completing the quest and advancing to the next one does actually work, but doesn't seem to give me "proper" completion of this quest, as it keeps both the Ebony Blade quest and random dragon spawns disabled on the game. Not only that, but Balgruuf will be stuck in his "you have to go kill the dragon" dialogue, preventing me from doing other things like beginning the Whiterun Battle part of the Civil War questline.

-I've tried summoning another Ilerith or disabling the existing one during the problem point, doesn't work. Also tried to go about this in both having and not having the Dragonstone already in my possession when talking to Farengar. Makes no difference.

I think that's pretty much all I know from experimentation. I'm very much a noob to modding, and yes my game is currently loaded on a lot of mods gotten via Nexus, but I thought the only mod that could possibly be interfering with this particular issue would be Live Another Life, which I've already disabled. I've been refraining from doing so just because it'll take so long, but should I attempt reinstalling the game?

I've been spending a long time looking into this issue for two days now, and I've tried most solutions that seem to have worked for this problem on the internet, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried using the player.moveto command in console to move to her location after she vanishes instead of trying to teleport her to you? This could tell you if her ai is acting up or if she's somehow dying unintentionally, or just straight-up getting deleted.

Have you used console commands for much else prior to starting the main quest? I know that fiddling around with the console excessively has a risk of "unforeseen consequences" down the road as it can mess up scripting and ai needed for quests and such.

What are you using in the way of mods, and are they sorted with LOOT? Post your load order so we have something to go on. If you are using mods, it might be worth loading up your saves (from both before and after you've started the Bleak Falls Barrow quest) in Fallrim Tools save cleaner to check for unattached or missing data bits.
