very odd lighting bug please help

i have a very odd lighting bug that only occurs when im in third person which makes the game almost unplayable with the headache it causes, so riding a horse is impossible. https://gfycat.com/SadDefensiveCorydorascatfish

i have already tried disabling RLO, cloaks, kshair, vivid weather, and shivasvanillahairreplacer all at once and the bug persists

if u are using racemenu did u fix the black eyes issue ? cuz this racemenu issue needs a fix if u have black or empty eyes it causes this weird shadow ight from ur character
