What mods to get advice plz!

Hey guys, so I get FO:NV, and I decided before I start playing it even once I want to put some mods in. Specifically, I want to recreate the mod setup I had in FO3 ( or at least, the most important ones that really had an effect on gameplay ). I am hoping someone can direct me to the equivelant mods here.

 

The mods I had were the big ones like Fallout Wanderers Edition and Mart's Mutant Mod.

 

Basically the effects on gameplay that I care about are as follows:

 

Primary Needs ( I really liked Imp's More Complex Primary Needs )

Better Living Through Chems

Auto-Aim Removal

More realistic weapon damage

More realistic encumberance

More realistic sneaking

More realistic medicine ( i.e. what Triage did )

Sprint key

Grenade key

A backpack

More realistic power armor with expanded features ( Powered Power Armor I believe it was called )

 

As you can see, "realistic" pops up a lot in there, so basically what I'm looking for is the most comprehensive and stable realism mods available.

 

 

 

Also, since I have a more powerful platform now than I did with FO3, I'd be interested to know your thoughts on what are the best "make the game sooo pretty" mods.

 

 

 

Thank you in advance to anyone who spends their time getting me information on this; if you look at this and your first thought is "why don't you just go do it yourself?", don't worry I understand, I know how much effort it can take to look through the hundreds of mods on this website, cause I did it myself in FO3....and ended up making a complete mess of my FO3 install several times over :sweat:
