Deleted269910User
Natural Environments is imo the best looking one of the general outlook mods, ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts is very good looking or you could try the Bananasplit Better Cities. These are the first few mods that come to my mind, there are tons of nightsky replacers and people have very different views on what looks good, so on them you should probably just experiment a bit. Khet
While it doesn't necissarily add too much realism to Oblivion try Franceso's or Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (only one, not both) as they add so much to the game. As for realism there's Living Economy, I believe there are a couple eat/sleep/drink mods out there, I'll see if I can find a link to them, but aside from those I don't know of many more. SheerShaw
Delte's List is a comprehensive list of immersion mods. That'd be my first stop. Look into All Natural, FCOM, Unique Landscapes, and Ambient Dungeons as well. (Just search em on Nexus)
Blacksnake89
I like the unique landscape mods. I have all of them and they add a lot of variety to the nature outside of the cities.http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19370
