I have the following mods installed : Ultimate Follower Overhaul ; Skyrim Monster Mod ; SKSE Scripts ; Recruit More Blades ; Real Silver Swords ; My Home Is Your Home ; Craftable Silver Swords ; and also Monster Wars but thats not active at the moment. I use a lot of the same mods your using and haven't seen nor heard of those issues. I advise Jo disabling one at a time and checking after each one to see what may be the culprit.
